Welcome to Travel Tanga. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking our taxi, car rental, outstation travel, local travel, airport transfer, Tempo Traveller, or bus services. By confirming a booking, customers agree to the applicable terms listed below.

Outstation Taxi Booking – Terms and Conditions

Minimum Daily Billing

All outstation bookings are subject to a minimum billing requirement of 300 kilometres per calendar day.
The final rental amount will be calculated according to the applicable billing terms and total billable kilometres.

GST Charges

If a GST invoice is required, GST at 18% extra will be charged, subject to the applicable tax treatment and invoice requirements.
Please inform us before confirming the booking if you require a GST invoice.

Additional Charges

The following charges are extra and payable by the customer, wherever applicable:

Toll charges
Parking fees
Interstate permit charges
Applicable driver allowance or other agreed trip expenses

Driver Allowance and Timings

The standard outstation driver allowance applies to services operating between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Additional driver allowance will apply to services before 6:00 AM and after 10:00 PM, as communicated at the time of booking.

Travel Itinerary

Customers are requested to plan their daily itinerary in advance.
Drivers are not responsible for completing every destination on the itinerary if delays occur because of traffic, extended visits, waiting time, or other circumstances beyond their control.
Any additional time, distance, or charges must be discussed with the service provider.

Vehicle Usage

Vehicles booked for outstation services cannot be used for separate local trips unless prior approval is obtained.
Vehicles must not be used for any unlawful activity.

Final Rental Calculation

The final rental amount will be calculated according to the applicable fare terms, total billable kilometres, and the distance measured from the designated pickup location where applicable.
Customers should confirm the billing method and estimated charges before starting the journey.

Local Taxi Booking – Terms and Conditions

Local Usage Limits

Local taxi bookings are valid for travel within Bangalore city limits.
The standard local package is 8 hours and 80 kilometres, unless a different package is agreed upon at the time of booking.
If the booking exceeds 8 hours or 80 kilometres, whichever applicable limit is exceeded, additional charges will apply according to the agreed extra-hour and extra-kilometre rates.

Toll and Parking Charges

Toll charges and parking fees are additional and payable by the customer wherever applicable.

Driver Allowance

Additional driver allowance applies to local trips operating before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM, according to the agreed booking terms.

Kilometre and Time Recording

Without GST Invoice

The opening kilometre reading and start time will be recorded at the guest pickup point.
The closing kilometre reading and end time will be recorded according to the agreed local billing arrangement.

With GST Invoice

The opening kilometre reading and start time will be recorded from the designated office or reporting location.
The closing kilometre reading and end time will be recorded when the vehicle returns to the designated office or closing location.

Please confirm the applicable billing method before the journey begins.

Airport Pickup and Drop – Terms and Conditions

Direct Airport Transfers

Airport pickup and drop bookings are for the agreed pickup and drop-off locations.
The cab must not be diverted for additional pickups or extra drop-offs unless agreed upon in advance.
Additional stops or route changes may result in extra charges.

Waiting Time

Airport transfer bookings are intended for direct journeys.
Waiting time or additional stops are not included unless agreed upon at the time of booking.
Customers should communicate flight arrival times and pickup requirements in advance.

Toll and Parking Charges

Airport toll charges and parking fees are additional and payable by the customer wherever applicable.

GST Invoice

If a GST invoice is required, GST at 18% extra will be charged, subject to applicable tax rules and the agreed quotation.
Customers should request a GST invoice before confirming their booking.

General Terms and Conditions

Passenger Belongings

Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.
Travel Tanga is not responsible for the loss of luggage, valuables, or personal items left inside the vehicle, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Pets

Pets are not permitted inside the cab unless prior approval has been obtained from the service provider.

Breakdowns and Unforeseen Events

Delays or interruptions caused by natural calamities, severe weather, road closures, or other unforeseen events may affect the journey.
The service provider and customer will discuss reasonable arrangements where a journey is disrupted.
Any additional costs will be handled according to the agreed booking terms and applicable law.

Legal Use of Vehicles

Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities or any purpose prohibited by law.
Customers must comply with applicable traffic rules, passenger safety requirements, and lawful instructions during the journey.

Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from bookings will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are requested to:

Provide accurate pickup, destination, and contact information.
Confirm the vehicle type, travel date, and pickup time.
Plan the itinerary in advance.
Check the fare, kilometre limits, package duration, and additional charges before starting the journey.
Ensure that the vehicle is used only for the agreed booking purpose.

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Travel Tanga. Customers should verify the agreed fare, package inclusions, additional charges, pickup details, and applicable terms before confirming a booking.
